Shale Gas PEDL License Areas
The current (Feb 2013) extent of Petroleum Exploration and Development Licences (PEDL) licenses in Somerset is shown below. The block is made up of four separate licences - PEDL225, PEDL226, PEDL226 and PEDL228.
These maps are derived from Ordnance Survey Open Data (Meridian 2 and MiniScale data) and the PEDL license areas are provided by DECC.
